At Roll With It Texas Manufacturing Company LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our toilet paper products and services. This Return & Refund Policy explains our practices regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
– The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
– Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
– Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
– Custom or bulk orders (10,000 rolls or more) are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:
– Used or opened toilet paper rolls
– Items marked as final sale or clearance
– Custom-branded or private-label items
– Products returned after 30 days from delivery
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days at hello@rollwithittexas.com. Include:
– Order number
– Description of the issue
– Photos of the damaged or defective product
We will review your request and may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
5. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at hello@rollwithittexas.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions from our team.
3. Package the item securely and include the RA number.
4. Ship the return to the address provided by our team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
– Shipping charges and restocking fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we may not be able to cancel your order due to immediate processing and shipping.
9. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk or wholesale orders of 10,000 rolls or more are considered final sale and are non-refundable unless items are proven defective upon delivery. Damaged pallets must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
