Dispute Resolution Policy

Roll With Texas Manufacturing Company LLC

Effective Date: July 14, 2025

1. Introduction

At Roll With It Texas Manufacturing Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), we are committed to resolving any disputes with our customers in a fair, efficient, and transparent manner. This Dispute Resolution Policy outlines the procedures and options available to resolve any disagreement related to our products, services, or interactions with our Company.

2. Informal Resolution First

Before taking any legal steps, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any concern or disagreement informally.

To initiate this process, please get in touch with our customer support team at:
Email: contact@rollwithittexas.com
Phone: contact us
Mailing Address: 3520 FM 723, Rosenberg, TX 77417

Include your name, contact information, order number (if applicable), and a detailed explanation of your issue. Our team will respond within 5–7 business days and strive to resolve the issue within 30 days.

3. Mediation and Arbitration

If the issue cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through **binding arbitration**, instead of court proceedings.

– The arbitration will be conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
– Arbitration will take place in Harris County, Texas.
– Proceedings will be overseen by one arbitrator experienced in commercial or consumer disputes.
– All filings and communication will be in English.

4. Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek relief in small claims court for claims that qualify.

In addition, either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of intellectual property (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets).

5. Class Action Waiver

By agreeing to this Dispute Resolution Policy, both parties waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

Claims must be brought individually. Class arbitrations, class actions, or mass arbitrations are not permitted.

6. Arbitration Costs

Each party will be responsible for its own legal and arbitration costs, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

The Company may cover certain administrative fees where required by law or in the interest of fairness.

7. Governing Law

This Dispute Resolution Policy will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Opt-Out Option

You may opt out of the arbitration provision by submitting written notice within 30 days of your first transaction with us.
